Session feel

What the work is like.

Chris works the neck and shoulders with attention to the upper back, chest, arms, and jaw-adjacent tension when appropriate. Pressure stays communicative because neck work should be focused, not reckless.

Questions

Before you book.

Can I book only neck and shoulder work?

Yes, a 30- or 60-minute session can focus heavily on those areas.

Will chest or arm work be included?

It may be suggested if those areas seem connected to your shoulder tension, with your consent.

Is neck work gentle?

It can still be effective, but it should be careful and responsive to feedback.
