Deep tissue massage

Strong pressure, targeted work, and communication the whole way through.

Deep tissue massage with Chris isn't about getting beaten up. It's focused pressure for dense muscle tension, overworked areas, and people who need the therapist to actually get into the problem.

Good fit

Who this session is for.

Manual labor soreness from repetitive, physical work

Athletic recovery after lifting, running, or training

Back, neck, shoulder, hip, glute, or hamstring tightness

Clients who prefer stronger, specific pressure

Session feel

What the work is like.

Chris starts with what you're feeling, then works through the areas that need attention with steady pressure, slower contact, and enough check-ins to keep the work effective. Deep tissue can be intense, but it should still feel like your body is participating instead of bracing against the table.

Common reasons people book this

  • Long-term tightness that doesn't respond to a light massage
  • Knots and dense tissue from labor, training, or stress
  • A need for focused work instead of a generic full-body session
  • Preparation for better mobility, recovery, or easier movement

When something else may be better

If you're pregnant, prenatal massage is the better starting point. If your symptoms are sudden, severe, radiating, or include numbness or weakness, get medical guidance before booking massage.

What length should I book?
