Golfer following through on a drive at a sunny golf course

Golf Performance

A fuller turn on Saturday. Less stiffness on Sunday.

Sound familiar?

You don't need every box — one or two checked hard is enough.

  • Your backswing is shorter than it used to be, and you can feel where it stops
  • Low back stiffness after a round — worse the next morning
  • Hips that feel locked when you try to rotate through
  • Soreness down your lead side after a weekend of golf
  • You spend the front nine just loosening up

They're symptoms. The program starts by finding what's driving them.

How the program runs

Assessed, planned, worked, proven.

The assessment

A focused intake and movement look, followed by 30 minutes of hands-on treatment. You leave knowing what's restricted, what may be driving it, and what the next step should be.

Your plan

A defined set of visits with a clear goal, built around your schedule and your season. You'll know the endpoint before we start.

The work

Focused hands-on visits plus the small between-visit pieces that make it hold. Chris chooses the tools — you never have to.

The re-test

We measure against where you started. When the change holds, the program ends. That's the point.

Session rates are the same across programs: $60 for 30 minutes, $110 for 60 minutes, and $140 for 90 minutes. If a package makes sense, Chris will talk through it before you buy.

What we work on

Where this program spends its time.

Hip rotation

Internal and external rotation — where most lost backswing actually lives.

Mid-back rotation

Your thoracic spine does the turning your low back shouldn't have to.

Low back & glutes

The area that pays when the hips and mid-back stop doing their jobs.

Forearms & grip

Thirty-six holes of gripping adds up more than most golfers think.

What changes

What you get back, in plain terms.

  • A turn you can feel lengthen — re-tested, not guessed at.
  • Rounds that don't cost you the next day.
  • Distance that comes from rotation, not from swinging harder.

Every one of these is checked against your own starting point — that's what the re-test step is for.

An honest fit check

This program fits — or it doesn't.

This is your program if…
Start elsewhere if…
You play regularly and feel restriction, not injury
Sharp joint pain during the swing — get that evaluated first
Your practice swing is longer than your real one
A diagnosed disc issue — bring your provider's guidance to the assessment
You warm up longer than you used to and still feel tight
You're looking for swing coaching — this one's the body side, not the technique side
You want your body to stop being the limiting factor

Not sure which side you're on? That's exactly what the assessment answers — and Chris will tell you straight, including if the answer is a doctor before a massage therapist.

Program questions

Before you book.

Will this add distance?

Honest answer: a freer turn often does, but nobody can promise you yards. What the program promises is measurable rotation — we test it at the start and re-test as we go. What you do with the extra turn is between you and your driver.

Can I do this mid-season?

Yes — it's designed for it. Visits are planned around your rounds so you're loose for the weekend, not sore for it.
