Parent Recovery

Pick your kid up without bracing for it.

Sound familiar?

You don't need every box — one or two checked hard is enough.

  • One hip or one side of your back always worse — the carrying side
  • A neck that's paid for every feeding and every look down at a sleeping kid
  • Wrists and forearms that ache from lifting under-armpits fifty times a day
  • Getting up off the floor has become an event with multiple stages
  • You recover slower than you used to, because you sleep worse than you used to

They're symptoms. The program starts by finding what's driving them.

How the program runs

Assessed, planned, worked, proven.

The assessment

A focused intake and movement look, followed by 30 minutes of hands-on treatment. You leave knowing what's restricted, what may be driving it, and what the next step should be.

Your plan

A defined set of visits with a clear goal, built around your schedule and your season. You'll know the endpoint before we start.

The work

Focused hands-on visits plus the small between-visit pieces that make it hold. Chris chooses the tools — you never have to.

The re-test

We measure against where you started. When the change holds, the program ends. That's the point.

Session rates are the same across programs: $60 for 30 minutes, $110 for 60 minutes, and $140 for 90 minutes. If a package makes sense, Chris will talk through it before you buy.

What we work on

Where this program spends its time.

Low back & hips

The lifting, the carrying, the one-hip lean — the parent signature.

Neck & shoulders

Feeding posture, stroller pushing, and the permanent look-down.

Forearms & wrists

The most ignored parent complaint, and one of the most fixable.

Real-life strategies

Not a 45-minute routine you'll never do. Two-minute things that fit an actual parent's day.

What changes

What you get back, in plain terms.

  • Lifting your kid without the pre-lift wince.
  • The car-seat twist without holding your breath.
  • Floor time that doesn't charge you interest to get back up.

Every one of these is checked against your own starting point — that's what the re-test step is for.

An honest fit check

This program fits — or it doesn't.

This is your program if…
Start elsewhere if…
You lift, carry, or wrangle kids daily
Postpartum complications — clear it with your provider first
One side of your body is clearly angrier than the other
Numbness or tingling in hands — worth a medical look before bodywork
Your own recovery has been last on the list for a while
You're after a spa afternoon — fair, but this one's a working program
You need the work to hold between visits, because free time isn't real

Not sure which side you're on? That's exactly what the assessment answers — and Chris will tell you straight, including if the answer is a doctor before a massage therapist.

Program questions

Before you book.

Can I bring my baby to visits?

Ask Chris before bringing a child to an appointment. The room is set up for focused hands-on work, so if childcare falls through, the best move is usually to call or text and find the cleanest scheduling answer.

I can barely schedule a haircut. How does this work?

Book from the current openings online, or call or text if your schedule is tight. Most parents start with a 60-minute appointment because it gives enough time to work without turning the visit into an all-day production.
